man i almost forgot. i'm such an alcoholic that this one slipped my mind just until now. i remember all the time back in the day when i used to use AIM (don't even remember my sign in info anymore, but i think i can get on my iphone maybe) he used to hit me up ALL THE TIME for money. i traded him money once, like $200 maybe $500 on stars for $200 on tilt or whatever. he said "i'll send when i get it" so i xfer (i had met him, knew him through the mizrachis and some other trustworthy ppl who hadn't said a word to me about him being a scumbag)... obv the tilt xfer never comes through. it def wasn't more than a few hundo. either way he took ages to pay me back and i'm pretty sure that was the thing that took 2 years to pay me back (not that bet when i was drunk and he was putting in grinder's back yard or something). before my backer sees this and goes "WTF?" it was before he was backing me. this was my own money. and i never once replied to one of his goddamn AIM msgs after that.

but wait there's more! after reading about him scamming so many ppl and biting my tongue for so long figure i should quit biting it. about 3 or 4 years ago (really can't remember when it was, probably late '07 or early '08?) i was HU vs chino23 (his stars name) in the $100 rebuy. we were chatting on AIM--and before anyone asks NO we weren't being malicious, i just IM'ed him a simple GL and then every now and then when like i shoved on him and he folded or something he'd say "lol hope u had it kid" or something, purely friendly and i'd never bring this up if it wasn't--and he never once said to me "hey it's not me playing you HU right now." but i came to find out later that he had handed the account off or at least was being ghosted along at the FT by another very well known player who was way better than chino.

so not only does he constantly scam people out of money, but he also has at least once handed his account off to another high stakes reg deep in a tournament. i wonder how many times i was playing against chino online (he was TheComeUp on full tilt) and how often he was giving it to his friends who are clearly better than him.

seeing him as the chiplead right now at the EPL and seeing pokernews write a cliffsnotes (i didn't even open those other threads, i already knew he was a scammer lol), i decided i couldn't keep it to myself anymore. tired of these threads, tired of scammers, and i'm done thinking of this guy as a friend. i saw him a few weeks back at caesar's and chatted for a few minutes, and he alluded to being busto and i was just in utter shock at how a dude can clear like $3.5-4m in 2 years and just have NOTHING left. so... let that be a warning, dude will scam the piss out of you (esp if you're naive and too nice to ppl like i certainly was when i first got into poker), and probably was handing his **** off on the reg, although i can only verify it once for sure.

i've bit my tongue and tried to avoid twitter/forum wars but **** this guy, he's screwed way too many ppl and i feel guilty for not having brought all this to everyone's attention before. just minor **** to toss onto the pile that's already a mile high but i figured i might as well let it all out.
