Canada for WCOOP how do players do it?

Hey guys so I'm flying to Vancouver for a month hoping to play the WCOOP this September 3rd- 28th also the Powerfest by Partypoker with the same dates and was really wondering how big name guys that are clearly US citizens do it? Alot of people have told me you need a utility bill and bank account there? Can somebody thoroughly explain to me the whole process / how is it possible that so many big names do it? Keep everything in TOS please! Cheers

The 1st time to set up can be a pain, but after that you dont need to do anything else.
So most people actually moved to canada for 1-6months not long after BF and set it up, and since then haven't needed to do anything since.
I've heard that setting up now is much easier than it used to be.
