All depends on definition of "up and coming". Your gonna be hard pressed to find anyone in their first year of mtts who comes out and crushes the highest games. Almost everyone listed has been playing at least 3 years but most less then 5.

A better definition is players new to the high stakes arena and doing well. Almost no one is a true up and comer as it takes 2-3 years minimum to get up there.
