Probably is a fake name but figure it might be worth looking into. I've never used WU before and assume you have to show ID when you collect the money.

Yeah, I'm not worried about it. If it was possible to hack someone's computer by just talking to them on AIM I doubt the program would be used. Also, about 90% of poker players would have been hacked by now.


I moused over it when he sent me the WU link to see if it was really to the site or not and it was. However, I still navigated to the site on my own.

Same here. I did remember though, and texted ape to make sure it was still hacked. I mean, considering he instantly asked me for a loan to stake some horse I've never heard of, I was already 99% sure it was a hacker.

Hackers use western union and moneygram because once you cash in the wire, there's no way for them to get caught.

The site was in all probability legit.

Try pressing him depositing in a bank account. That's traceable.

That twitter account is one of the more hilarious attempts at backstorying a scam that I've ever seen.

Katie actually is a real person and I don't think he has control over her accounts. I'm unsure of why he would want people to send to her though - she was one of his victims. Thanks Leo, would love to eventually get this guy.
