$50 Live Tourneys at Casinos....are they shovefests?

I was looking at getting in a $50 live tourney in a few weeks. This is one of the daily ones at a casino (Tropicana in AC).
$50 isn't much money when you consider the buyin for 1/2 is $200 or so for most players.
Will this tourney be a shovefest?
Anyone have experience playing $50 live tourneys?
What do I do differently if it does indeed become a shovefest?

I would assume almost any live mtt under $200 is a shovefest after the first hour or 2.
Stacks very shallow and blinds increase a lot very quickly. I dont think you should do anything differently just make sure you have < 20bb shoving/calling ranges down. Antes will most likely be larger than normal so keep that in mind with your ranges. GL
