Hello again, everyone... here on Turkey Day, I'm thankful for the opportunity to take a brief break from holiday to drop in and share the planned schedule for the 2013 Turbo Championship of Online Poker with you.

The schedule is below; the TCOOP Team will be checking out this thread, as well as mail to tcoop@pokerstars.com, to see what players think of what we've got planned.

We think that we've got this schedule just about ready to be set in stone. Once it is 100% permanent, we'll release it (complete with the guarantees) to the PokerStars Blog (and drop by here to link to it, etc).

The buy-ins are higher than last year in many events, actually. Overall for the series, the total buy-in is about $1,000 higher.

Not sure why that would be such a great addition to the schedule. For everyone but the sickest of sickos, a $82 hyper with a field 5x as large is going to be worth more in Sklansky bucks.

Also 2000+100 turbo still seems excessive to me in a toernie filled with 90%+ regs but thats another discussion i guess...

dont think ppl want so much about other than nlhe/plo in a turbo serie. also feel like it should have a 1k and 2 500s more. make the sunday500 and thuesday1k a tcoop or something?

also using that you have 1k more in buy inns after the 1. time you held the serie as an argument for that it's meeting its demand is pretty weak imo. it had great turnout and the demand is deff there. so have 5k more in buy inn and lot more games.

you offer a micro serie 3 times a year, and other sites have "micro series" too. this is the only turbo serie in the year, pls make it special.

The buyins are so absurdly low. Just don't get why when its a once a year thing with satellites running non stop that it can't have bigger buyins. People can play thousand player $26 tournaments every single day of the week. There's also several $82 and $215 turbos every single day of the week. Put 1 or 2 530s, a 215+1R1A, 215+R, 100+R, 82+R, 320, 1k, etc. It needs to set itself apart from every other week of the year, otherwise what's the point of even putting COOP on it.

TCOOP sounds like the greatest thing ever and something that I'd make sure to never miss a day of, but then I look at the schedule, and aside from the last day I can't really get excited at all. It seems like I basically just get to play the same schedule I always play but with bigger guarantees. The turnouts are gonna be huge no matter what size the buyins are if there are plenty of satellites.

Whay would they want to turn those tourneys into regfest , dont think there is plenty of randoms who can play 215+r or any rebuy higher than 100$ with this structure for that matter.

I think schedule is just fine maybe few 500s and 320s freezouts can be added.

Thank you Bryan

Agree with M1ghtyducks. A recreational player wants a gambling thrill, but most aren't gunna pay $500+ for 2-3 hours tops.

Add a Super KO (non Shoot out.)

You don't run any turbo versions of these in the reg schedule to my knowledge as your stand out turbo series it seems a perfect opportunity.

What will happen with the hots during the series?

Could you run satellites to the 2x chance where you can win 430 tourney dollars?

Only 30/50 events are NLH.
Wont be playing to much of these since I only play nlh <100$ atm and preferrable full-ring. That only leaves 7/50 tourneys for me, and 2 of those are saturday speedways which I play every week allready.
Just add a bunch of nlh fr tourneys to the schedule Some 33s, 55s or smth and then some 500s or w/e for the highstakes grinders.

Have you considered maybe a scoop style buyin??? Dont see the hurt in that? a low medium and high every day?? Seems that could make alot of us happier..... Or even a new style a Low and High instead of 3 buyin types???

Should be nl holdem only in this series. We have scoop and wcoop for all those mixed games.
Look at the last saturday for instance, doesnt look very fun with only one nl holdem event

Id replace the $27r x2s with $22r x3s like you had last year.It created massive prizes.

Also would like to to see a standard rebuy (30 min) tournament in this series.

And +1 to non shootout super kos.Last year i think it was a $265 super ko and it was one of the best mtts of the series

But please MOOOOOOOOOAR NL HOLDEM , LESS MIXED GAMES
