FWIW my internet was out at home I wasn't intentionally ignoring you here. I just typed out like 3 paragraphs trying to explain this then realized it wasn't making any sense so I'm going to try to be short and sweet. You are taking someone with no heat and accusing her of being a wolf for your opinion of her unspoken reason for doing something that multiple other people (including me) said she was villagery for doing. The thing you accused her of doing isn't a standard wolf tell, it's not something that people can really look at and be convinced of, and it's not something that a wolf would be looking for while reading the thread. Reading what hifi did as villagery makes sense. Reading it as wolfy requires a kind of genuine analysis that wolves don't do - it's that whole "you can't fake legitimate wolf hunting" thing.

I don't know if that makes sense either, but it makes more sense than the last thing I typed, so I'm gonna post it

Weird, that's actually not the specific I was looking for even though it's interesting and true, but it's in the ballpark. Probably all I can reasonably hope for.

My thought had something to do with you clearing me because you believe that when I'm a wolf I will make cases on villagers, and they will make logical sense and be coherent, whereas as a villager I may well do that, but I'll also make intuitive and non-persuasive cases that I don't make as a wolf. I've been convinced you believe this for a couple of games.

I tend to agree with this.

I'm not clearing you yet bc you're a sicko and stuff, but I do remember when we wolfed together your wolf cases were very lawyer-y, and the hifi case doesn't fit that mold.

To the noobs: this is not how WW is usually played and is entirely dependent on history and, like, respect or something. It doesn't get this "deep" most of the time, you need to have significant experience with each other for any of this to even matter.
