Supine has two to three things going for him:
1. His village claim streak
2. His fake seer with wolf xx piling on. My supposition is xx thought I was the seer (look at my first posts d1 and d2), or that he was somehow outed anyway, so he took a definite mislynch with a good possibility at supine getting mislynched shortly thereafter.
2.5 - possible seer hint, maybe.

No Lynch is certainly an option, though I am fairly certain Anarchist or Supine gets NK'd.

I think I have been pretty damn villagery all game. Personally, I think xx sniping clears me. I think in his mind, the wolves have to kill me that night which condemns him and further confirms Hoya, so he has nothing to lose. Even though I thought Dean was wolfy, I knew he was a bad vote because of the Vyk stuff d2 (and at least one other person I thought was a villager was saying he was totally a villager). I think I called xx out on that more than anyone and pressed him on it more than anyone.

Don't sweat it dude. Looking like a lock wolf when you are a villager (and not because you are doing some covering for your wolf game BS, which I don't think you were) is no biggie. That is just part of the game. I was mis lynched early a ton when I started. Sucks but whatever.

I'll say this again if anyone missed it yesterday: I have a working theory that xx suicided by sniping dean because he thought he was outed. I will quote my fake seer posts for you all, but when you are rereading d1 and d2, look for fake xx is a wolf peeks, especially by someone who has another fake peek not definitely wrong. (So, if someone over the two days has an xx is a wolf and a JD is villa peek, that is looks good for JD because xx might have decided that, or a combination fake peeks made it really likely he was outed.)

My strong intuition is that we should lynch today, but that is based on everyone clearing at least one person. (e.g. we all think supine is totally clear, and would not vote him tomorrow even if he does not get eaten tonight).

I was being sarcastic. As efectively cleared, you have a ton of pressure on you.

I don't want to lynch today, partially because I think that in the absence of actual seer cleared villagers it's almost always +EV to no lynch at/right before must lynch, partially because I think the nightkill tonight has a chance to be very instructive, and partially because I think villages should basically always no lynch when it's a viable option because otherwise you end up fighting about that all day and not putting enough effort into finding wolves.
