hifi came at me when nobody else really wanted to, after i'd taken a fair amount of heat and convinced (fake convinced?) a few experienced players. not saying i'm hitting that wagon now, just that if and when i'm killed and flipped vanillager hifi should be looked at closely. although the way the wagons are shaking this might be moot.

also i'm fairly convinced i'm the optimal candidate to leave alive seeing as i've got no f clue what's going on aorn.

so i'd appreciate any and all vanillagers to start leaving their reads so i at least have something tangible when the **** is hitting the fan.

well i cleared yg in the only other game i was in and it looks like he just swept it. i got seriously owned. i had the same feelings about dean that i had about yg last game and my reads were obviously shaken. couple that with the leveling that's been occurring and it makes for one confused noob

it kinda reminds me of eadgbe in that one game where he was top poster as a wolf and everyone just cleared him on tone and he won endgame. or milkreggae in his first turbo when his tone was pristine and he would have won endgame but ****ed up the NK.

You see, statements like this are why I think there is a good chance you are a wolf. It's very cocky and brazen (in your first game and you think you are the most obvious villager of all time). There is no way someone makes this sort of statement in their first game unless it is a reflection of who they are, and then all the first game context goes out the window. And it is not just dean who has said you are wolfy, I think it is pretty evenly split.

Don't assert you are villagery, do villagery stuff. These last two posts are not villagery at all. In fact you seem to be trying to act like you are active while not saying a whole lot of anything.

Zaya is acting really villagery. I don't clear unpeeked people this early unless they have passed up an auto wolf win, so I won't guarantee she's a villager, but she's acting really villagery.

All of my posts come from day1. this is literally my first time playing and so my reads are obv gonna be terrible on d1 before any voting has taken place. that's like asking a noob to put his opponent on a hand pre-flop.

So then why do you think you are the most obvious villager ever? How would you even know what an obvious villager looks like?

My main point is the first game sterotype does not apply to you, because amongst other things a stereotypical first time player wouldn't say they are the most obvious villager ever.

btw, don't read this as negative in any way. If you are a wolf, you are not falling into the traps a first time wolf tends to fall into. In fact, I'm saying don't let the fact that you aren't spewing wolfiness in a first time manner blind people to the possibility you are a wolf.

Because I didn't peek her, and no seer has come out and said they peeked her, so from any non seer villager's perspective she is unpeeked. If a seer comes out and confirms her, then she is a peeked villager, until then she is a question mark who looks pretty villagery.

I am saying "I am the most obvious villager ever" out of frustration that people ITT want to lynch me when obv I KNOW I am a villager.

Re: Seer Questions

It is not uncommon to leave seerish posts (posts which will stand out as seer peeks if one was to get eaten and show up as the seer). It is also not uncommon to not be coy and just say "if I'm the seer, I peeked x as y" whether you are the seer or not. There are two reasons for this:
1. to provide cover for the real seer, so the wolves eat a non seer.
2. to solidify peoples roles. If someone makes a seerish post with what looks like a peek or two, and they get eaten, the seerish post is likely what got them eaten so it tends to make those 'peeks' (in the case the person was not the seer) look correct.

As a seer, you:
Want to peek villagers who will most likely be alive a few days
Not get eaten before you come out

Being seer sounds fun.
