Pressure is the key baby. You get such a better reaction. I kind of like when noobs get indignant and retaliate-vote whoever votes them. I don't like it when experienced players do though.

(that wasn't some creepy "hey baby" kind of baby. I would have said that to anyone, not just ppl faking they are a girl on the interwebs.)

YKW interrupted my awesome thread domination on P1 .. saying he would be a sub. Yes, they were in-game.

If that's what you were asking.

Oh, zaya, I think I get what you mean.

He hasn't subbed yet. I was needling him that some wolf will be scared to play - a rash of that lately - and that he will get subbed for one of them.

Just read P1.

Loooooooooooool I found a wolf. And it's not even close.

This isn't a fake-peeked wolf.

And I'm not talking about Sooted - yet (sooted, wtf?) - but we've got 1 wolf. LOCKED.

I will reveal this wolf in a little while.

I love that we are pressuring the newer players. This is how we get them to post. This is how we get a read on them. There's nothing worse for a newer player than to be ignored. They start to feel like they don't have a voice, they fall into the background, they then post less and they then get mislynched because they are UTR and sound wolfy.
You're right about my role but in fairness I started playing this game live ten years ago and was always pressuring people I knew to play it with me in any large setting. I have probably played 5x more games as narrator/mod than anything else. The most fascinating thing about the game for me was always watching people's initial reactions to what others are saying which when behind a computer is obv lost. Is it bad that I'm playing now with an eye on improving my general skills at critical reading? In my mind it's kind of akin to taking practice LSATs (which I also love to do) even though there's no chance in hell I would ever go to law school.

I taught LSAT for Kaplan, I understand this.

It's not weird to turn thus into a critical reading and reading comprehension game. Gotta spot incentives and compare them to statements. Name of the game.

- To prove I have a wolf, I am going to use a quote from an ongoing game.
- The quote is from a player who is dead in that game.
- That player's role has been revealed in that game and that player's role in that game is relevant to the comparison I am going to make in this game.
- I did not play in that other game, have no knowledge of anything going on in that game, don't care about that other game and will not be talking about that other ongoing game in any way.
- I am simply going to post a D1 quote from that game that shows, without a doubt, what that player's role is in this game.
- Me posting the quote will not affect anything in the other ongoing game - at all.

So, can I post it?

Never have played live. But i know I would NOT be happy to be a wolf in that situation. Your body and eyes would soooo betray you.

I'd rule that you can link it and explain the comparison to this game, but the other player is gonna be pretty stuck re: explaining the other game post in context.
