Starting to get to work on MCU mishmash. Think I'm scheduled for late July but it may not line up with my time off work so could use a comod for daily event running if anyone's interested

hi guys, I'd like to run a mishmash, and my mind is going full steam on writing one right now. it'll be interesting, unique, challenging and hopefully a great game.

so if there's a time available to run one, that would be awesome. also, would need a co-mod, and be interested in co-modding with someone else if you need some help.

theme I'm working on is along the lines of "fate vs freewill", battle for the universe. it would be pretty unique.

player count could be like 25-50 or something... could prob do more or less

could I try running a single day vanilla+ next weekend with like 17/21 players?

would plan it to run start to finish in about 4-5 hours. thoughts? if ok, I'd like to post a sign-up thread in a day or two and see if there's interest.

Since you asked for advice:

A lot of people play most of the mish-mashes available because they love the game, but another lot signs up for themes they like. "Fate vs freewill" is a pretty vague theme, so prepare for heavy recruiting.

If you plan to use uncommon roles, be cautious. Make sure your role(s) do not break your game, either by themselves or by interaction with one another.

-Try to have a rough idea on how much you want your game to last. After you do, try to run a few simulations.
-If you plan to allow character claiming, either provide some cover characters or an anticlaiming mechanism for the wolves.
-If you plan to have a lot of village Power Roles, same deal: cover roles or anticlaiming mechanisms.
-Try to not include troll roles. If you plan to include negative utility roles, ask yourself if you think that their recipients will enjoy them. People play games to have fun.
-Ideally, your co-mod can fill in when you are absent; if you are american and have difficulty processing Night Actions or opening the thread in the American morning, try to find and Euro co-mod (or someone that will manage to do the aforementioned things).

I could run a vanilla+ for 24 players starting some time next week, but I would need someone to help me. The co-mod would need to handle the lynch. I can do the rest.

The role set would be a modified version of the champs game finale one, with a touch more killing power to both sides and a small balance tweak in favor of the wolves. The theme would be the television series Deadwood.

I thought about running another google translator game next week (13er), but would need comod who is around for EOD.
