vcd claimed vig, but then the wolves dont really care that much about him imo

its fine if he claims vig and the angel protects him

it just reduces the number of likely seers by 1, increasing chances that hte wolves pick off goldblum

VCD claimed vig, told us who he was going to kill, asked for angel protection, and we woke up in the morning with two humans dead, one of which was the one VCD said he was going to kill, but no indication who was killed by which faction.

I thought dudds point was a good one. The only reason that the vig wouldnt shoot fake claiming vcd is if he thought that vcd was a villa fakin ghte claim. And it is unlikely that vcd would fake there as a villa. Unless someone counters or another vig turns up dead, then we have to assme that vcd is the vig.

I misread this the first time through. Dudds starting point in this post is wrong.

Assuming vcd is lying here, the common first thought is that vcd is a wolf. (and I know it is possible that vcd would do this aas a villa, but highly unlikely, see my prevous post). And that the real vig should shoot vcd. But Dudd wants the real vig to shoot someone else to prove that vcd is lying. This sounds like dudd already knows that vcd is villa, and is trying to throw out "helpful" advice.

Although he did say he was pretty peeved over his mis-lynch in PB, so he may be making a conscious effort to not post a lot of fluff.

So there is that.

lurking isn't really inherently wolfy, and there's also nothing really that wolfy about his votes last night or his explanation this morning. I guess I can kind of understand the logic behind zurvan's argument, but it also bothers me that it seems like the kind of case you arrive at reasoning backwards (start by assuming gtpitch=wolf and then interpret along those lines) than frontwards.

Also it seems like a distraction from a more straightforward idea about resolving the way the wagons went after the claim (i.e resolving icon)
