OK, so here's the posts that BEG went crazy about yesterday.

Dustin's response here was not only appropriate, it was the only gramattically correct one. He's talking to Bigger about how Bigger thinks he would be acting as a villager.

If you look at it in context, that post isn't suspicious at all. Based on my recent experience with BEG, I know she's well aware of her meta, and part of that is her bulldog like attitude when she finds a suspect, and for noticing little things in posts. This reeks of finding something that she thinks fits her image and riding it to the exclusion of everything else. She gets to act like her perception of her villager game, AND she can focus on one person to avoid potentially spewing. She did go after dmk for being arrogant (?), but really just focussed on those two all day.

I think it's unlikely she chases a wolf partner like this, although I suppose it's possible. Dustin gets on my provisional villager list

Kind of had a feeling last night I would have some explaining to do. Here is what happened in my thought process last night.

1) I totally spaced and didn't realize night was in like 10 min and I was just starting to read everything I missed. So I was basically going into this clueless.

2) I saw the vote count and saw VCD's claim. So I had to go with one of the other lead wagons.

3) At the time of the last vote count icon was in 2nd and AAO was 3rd in votes. So I figured the easiest way to save VCD would be to make more icon votes happen. I had read the first 150 posts or so of the thread and aao came off the same as he did last game.

4) I made that post about aao (not to look innocent) but as a general comment. I was hoping that that + the vote counts and needing to save VCD would push people to icon.

5) A few minutes before night there was a huge switch away from icon to aao. There were no recent vote counts but I knew that with all those switches there was no way that icon was getting lynched.

6) As I said before I was happy with aao\icon to save VCD. Since the last count wasn't that recent I had to make a vote to ensure that VCD was safe.

End of my story.

You had to know that post wouldn't help. It was less than a minute to night. As far as I can tell, you posted that, then as soon as possible voted aao.

Again, I have no problem with you choosing to vote aao over icon, or the late switch. It's the fact that you felt the need to defend aao first which strikes me as off.

Again it wasn't really a defense just a statement. Everything was happening very fast and there were a ton of people around. I didn't want to see aao die but after I made that post I realized how little time there was. Had to vote him. After I saw the vote count obv I could've just stayed on icon and nothing would've mattered but I had to make sure the vig stayed safe.

I'm pretty sure there are more important things to discuss right now though don't you? I mean if you really want to lynch me then that's fine. I'm vanilla and you won't really gain much about icon or anyone else for that matter.

But lets talk about why dmk is dead and who VCD should kill tonight k?

From a quick re-read of DMK, his reads were basically:

Wolf = BEG

Villager = AAO

Neither really looked like peeks.

So I guess we could assume that wolves just wanted to get rid of him. Of course, there could be some merit to his reads. i.e. wolves saw he had some decent reads and decided he was too dangerous to keep alive.

I agree that gtpitch's eod behavior does look suspicious, but from his posts today - and yes digger this is a soul read - gtpitch is a villager ldo, so get off of him.

Lynching BEG because of some "leveling" game you think shes playing based on metagame is just fancy thinking on a huge level. Lets lynch the people who've been most wolfy thus far.

It's not a levelling game she's playing. Wolves try to act like villagers. You catch wolves by finding when they do it badly. She's trying to act like her villager game. And she's doing it badly, because she's nitpicking something that means nothing, and won't let it go, when any reasonable person would read the context and say "OK, that makes sense to say, and has no relationship to his role"

People continuously refered to the fact that she wasn't her normal aggressive villa self on the way to lynching her as a wolf in her last game. Its not a stretch at all to think that if she got randed wolf again she would make a concious effort to come off more aggressive.

If you expect someone to act a certain way as a villager and they act it the easiest explanation is that they are a villager.

Not that they are pretending to be one.

Combine that with the fact it is very hard to plug all of the holes in your wolf game in 1 game and it should be fairly easy to tell if BEG is actually a wolf this game.
