lying about not being a gimmick in a game where gimmicks are not permitted is a major foul and will get you a long suspension if not a perma immediately. That's blatant and intentional rule breaking

lying about not being a gimmick in a game thread where gimmicks are permitted is not currently breaking any rules

we are considering a rule requiring you to honestly disclose a gimmick to a game mod if they request it, which I think is fair.
