All because Magic = Numbers Guy. Gimmicks are allowable per the rules.

No new transgressions, he has already been punished for his past violations.

If anyone as a game mod thinks he is likely to break your game, don't let him play.

gimmicks are a ****ing travesty, not just in WW but in POG as a whole. Even the semi-public outed ones are the cliqueyest most in-joke off-putting-to-newbs part of the forum by a mile, plus they serve to legitimate the unouted ones. No one has made a remotely credible case for them barring atak's which i frankly didn't understand, and they serve to muddy the waters which allow **** to go down. The sooner it's understood that they're over the line, the better.

I have suggested that solution in the past, but again, what if that game mod plays in a game with him now?

it needs to be outed that its a gimmick and not a noob

or as kokiri says, do not allow gimmicks on pog at all except for all gimmick games

they serve no purpose other than creating drama and only the person on the gimmick enjoys it and, as ive said before, it makes it less enjoyable for others involved, as this thread proves

Any gimmicks that exhibit his MO I'm sure will be under scrutiny, and a quick IP check would result in the punishment it deserves. I'm pretty sure the forum mods would deal more harshly with him if he is found deliberately circumventing attempts to prohibit him from playing.

Remember, he didn't use the numbers account to play while serving his suspension, so why has he given us any reason to believe he would deliberately attempt to play a game where he wasn't welcome.

re magic: if he didnt lie to the mod, there isnt much that should be done based on the current rule

if the rule doesnt change, dont get mad if he does it again
