xnerd brought up that she thought that numbers guy wasnt a new player. We investigated and found out it was magic gazz, a repeat offender. He wasn't reprimanded for his actions right after the game because he was given a noob pass for not knowing any better. Now that we know he knew better, he deserves reprimand.

the fact that this is coming to light now, and how its coming to light, isn't of any importance.

Crossnerd started a pub witch hunt on Systolic and stumbled into an actual witch in magic_gazz purely by accident.

All of this ONLY APPLIES inside a WW game.

The game was over and there was mod involvement. He lied to the mods, who had direct communication with him, by continuing to withhold his identity, in the face of punishments being handed out, and he did that intentionally to avoid his own comeuppance.

Your rules about gimmicks don't actually apply to this situation and I wish you woudl take your personal ****ing vendetta elsewhere right now mets bc its seriously pissing me off and muddling the real issue.

Okay, I can see why you are so upset then.

krayz, what's the point of banning him for three months, say? He just comes back, no lesson learned, and breaks another game or two.

I'm not so sure that he intentionally broke the game.

What I do know is that he clearly doesn't understand what the results of his actions are and also shows no regard for others that put time into games. His post game "better to just move on and start a new game" proves that.

There should not be a fluffy grey zone where you can get away with most things in a ww game, and be "reprimanded" after.

If you angleshoot a game for other people that are investing a lot of time and energy, you should be dealt with harshly.

If you do it SEVERAL TIMES and make a gimmick because your main account is losing any strings of patience the community has with it, you should get banned.

Based on my discussions with mods over the issue, I do believe I know whether or not numbers was shown leniency for his 'new player' claim, and its a resounding ****ing YES.

Burn Notice - While not under pressure of being lynched, he outted himself as a wolf instead of subbing out. Foregoing a likely mislynch for his team.

HP4 - While under no pressure of being ITA'd/lynched, he said he wasn't having fun and shot at a clear villager, then subsequently shot at other villagers spewing them villager instead of subbing out.

Dr. Suess/Sneetches - the thing with annie and skype (might have been resolved already, not sure)

WSOWW 1.A - Abandoned the game at f5 instead of subbing out. Escaped reprimand for feigning noobness (understandable if he really wanted a fresh start)

Worth noting that through all of this he hasn't shown that he understands what he did was wrong and has shown no real attempt to improve himself

Yes, I agree that he's shown no sign of caring about anything except that people yell at him. I'm not saying he should be acquitted, after all.

So punish numbers by giving him the infraction he would have gotten at the time if people knew he wasn't new.
