Oh, never mine me. I'm just having fun over here!
Nothing to do. Just follow along if you like.

Normally, it would be WSOP time right now.
It ain't happening so why not a World Series Of Sheep.
We'll start with xander's quadruple sheep of a few days back and continue til mid July.
Podium is split 60% - 30% - 10%
Each question worth $1,000.
Entrants who lose in a tie get the flip of the coin in their next tie.

Two tables: the schedule and the leaderboard.

FYI I tracked the stats for a couple of years of sheep when I had more time on my hands, and there have been multiple WSOSs run in the past. They were great.

This is a great idea, but it should be going forward from today.

If there is a series going on, participation will increase, but since we didn't know it was happening (since it wasn't) we didn't all enter those sheep so the scoring is all messed up now. It's unfair to people who didn't enter those sheep.


Let's start it now and say it'll run over the next 20 sheep (or whatever number) and keep leaderboard (and then maybe playoffs, etc)

also, need to set in the rules up front how the podium splits when there are ties and when there are more than 4 people on the podium

This just ain't all that serious so rules stay.

I think I did mention ties. We accept the sheepulator ranking and those who lose tiebreakers are put on a list. If they get in another tie then they get the nod in that one.

This is just for some fun and maybe it might increase sheep participation.

PS: I didn't enter all those sheep either.

Sheep and Peehs are very different games with ~completely different skills required. It's not the world series of sheep if you throw peehs in there.

Oh no! That would be like the WSOP having only NLH.
Takes a different skill set to play FL Stud8 than NLH.

That's what sort of made me think of this. They'll all a form of sheep but they can also be quite different too.

There isn't a tiebreaker built into the sheepulator -- pretty sure it just lists those who tied in alphabetical order. Though that seems to fit with the arbitrary and capricious nature of sheep games...
