This is a funky post with the waffling/qualifying explanation sentence. Is Panther saying Monte read sailboats wolf or villa? It's not even clear. It would be interesting to go back and see if Monte actually talked about sailboats. I don't remember him doing so and it's odd how Panther acts like we'd all be familiar with Monte's famous read of sailboats.

sailboats' posting after Panther died had okay-ish tone, but he didn't post for 35 minutes after the shot, in what must have been a morale hit to the wolves.

Sail being the wolf partner of Panther shows a lot about their reads and plan on who they wanted to go after. They didn't have you on a list for death, even though you'd probably be an easy lynch to push.

And I think your idea about wolf coordination needs adjustment. They're not just gonna have the same targets, especially if their reads didn't align earlier, who cares if panther is tunneling one villa and sail another if at the end of the day a villager gets the rope

I think we're more likely to lose if we base our decisions on Panther spew and potential links than if we make reads on people and consult the reads our dead friends made.
