Yes, deteriorating timelines will have negative impacts on the village, so it's certainly possible.

Was advocating a lot of questionable stuff yesterday morning, not sure if that was supposed to be probative in some way, but I voted him most of the day until he actually suggested a strategy that made some sense, and then I switched.
