I voted for jba at first because he was the most suspicious, but I do agree it looks like Andrew rose up on the suspicion list pretty quickly. Since it looks like there are people uncomfortable about voting jba ahead of Andrew, but nobody who feels the other way, I change my vote from jba to Andrew.

We really need to hear more from Andrew. he's 1st on my list partially because he's done nothing to defend himself.

Well, I must have missed something, because I don't understand where the suspicion for ANY of those comes in. The suspicion should be on the quietest (which, granted, I was until now, but that's because I didn't have anything to say). There's no reason to think that if we lynch jba tonight we're not just going to lynch another villager tomorrow (what about finding out that jba is a villager will make it less likely that we kill another one tomorrow?).

Look at that list. I've bolded people that I can't recall seeing anything from in this thread. Maybe zephed also hasn't spoken up. I think the best thing to do would be to take out one of the people bolded or to take out Sightless (honestly, the only reason I chose him was because HE VOTED FOR HIMSELF) I don't know why you would want to vote for yourself.

I think when a person is lynched, the people who have accused him should be next on the chopping block. I don't see why, then, we should be voting for jba. I would say vote for Sightless. If he turns out to be a villager, you can take me out, I'll go down without a fight, I promise.

My own logic isn't making sense. I think Sightless is the most suspicious, but if you guys can't be swayed toward Sightless, we should all agree to vote for any one of the people who hasn't said anything.

Right now, I'd it's a coin flip between Andrew and jba and I say it's less than 50/50 either is a wolf. However, the only other candidates that make sense are the silent ones, kramer and pizownd. kramer was vocal and has become silent.

Also, I think people for the next werewolf should be chosen from active participants here and then other people. The problem is it's hard to say how much of not hearing from somebody is "wolf-ness" and how much of it is just not being into it.

even if 1/4 of the wolves have been quiet, that's only a 1/6 chance of hitting tonite...we have a 4/22 or 1/4 chance of hitting a wolf merely by picking a name out of a hat tonite...so picking a quiet is a -ev strategy

however, every game of wolf i've seen, a wolf is in there voting for that first villager, usually in the 3-6 position...so if true, and we vote for one of those people, then we have better odds than 1/6 and even better than random imo

Right, which is why I want jba first. If he's a villager, it's almost assured that Andrew is also a villager. If we take out Andrew and he's a villager, jba might still be a wolf.

I think we should exclude non North Americans from the next game so it moves along faster.

i'm not sure that makes a difference, some people have jobs that don't allow them to check the board during the day (like me, but i am not working many hours lately).

we are going to have slow day and night phases regardless. plus i'm not always going to be at the computer 100% of the time to keep things up to date. so far it's been pretty easy though. until i decide to go do something.
