When I've played Mafia, answering "Yes" to this question made the game far more fun for the villagers.

gorie, you want an odd number of players so that the last death occurs during a lynching, not at night. i believe conventional wisdom is that around 13 others for 2 werewolves, and around 16 others for 3 werewolves is optimal. based on this, i would expect the werewolves to win this session. but i don't know what an angel is.
