Initial thought like 15 or 16

Seems decently outdoorsy, good bit of time in the car but still lots outside. Not 21 cause there are desk jobs/paperwork and stuff, decent amount inside but seems mostly outside

That's an interesting one... that was my 1st thought, too, but does time spent in a cop car count as inside time or outside time? If it's inside time, they're probably inside most of the time...

When I was in college I did a ride-along with a police officer on a full shift for a news article.

I would estimate we spent 30 minutes at the station, about 90-120 minutes out of the car responding to various things & checking stuff out, & the rest of the day in the car.

That was like 23 years ago, though so I might be misremembering/not 100% accurate, plus very small sample size.

I would think in the car but patrolling about as "outside"

Or maybe like a 13-14ish outside

We could go a tad lower like 14 for max coverage, I don't think this is ever 12 tho. 17 maaaaybe but seems high

Haha I have a slight preference for 15...and wouldn't mind a tad more coverage for 16 or 17 in case...but I don't dislike 14

I'd say I'm like 60% 15 40% 14 so if you feel stronger do yours. But you can decide and bold, I've been just off on these coinflips haha
