As someone who grew up in a very happy family home, and who has not given my parents an anniversary gift EVER as a child or adult... I have to say higher.
The spectrum does assume that a gift is being given, so maybe my point above is moot, but I don't think it's necessarily a bad gift at all.
12 seems like a good guess, I don't see this being less than 11. Don't feel strongly but happier with higher.
Incorrect. Team GOAT should become contentious with each other regarding this gift and vow to never be on the same Wavelength team ever again due to the strife.
I figure a picture frame is a good generic gift & pretty close to a meme for an 11 (neither good nor bad). Factor in that it's from a high school kid who presumably doesn't have much money to spend and isn't experienced in picking out good gifts and we bump it up a point or two.
For the record, I always get my parents a gift for their anniversary (also for their birthdays, mother's/father's day, and for christmas). Those of you who have never gotten their parents an anniversary gift, I highly recommend it, assuming your parents are still together. You'll score major brownie points with them. Especially with mom.
