Right. When we discussed spectrums of good/bad people before, it was generally agreed you'd have murderous dictators as one extreme. I can't remember the details but pretty sure this guy isnt far off the worst human in recent history?

I was initially thinking 2 but hopefully someone knows more about him than I do. Maybe he's not quite that bad. Forrest Whittaker was great as him in Last King of Scotland but it's been a while since I've seen that.

Similar to rest of you guys, don’t know enough specifics but this is always either 2 or 3

Don’t think we even need to worry about the concept of going 3 because it’s never 1, I think we just go for whichever number is best

Can see the argument that someone better known might be chosen for 2, but I think he’s pretty well known in general and have a feeling he could arguably be the poster boy for worst person

All this to say I really have no strong preference. If I had to choose I’d go with 2 right now but have changed my mind a couple of times while writing this so pretty much on 2.5

Lower. The dude was a maniac. People say he was a cannibal, and he declared himself king of Scotland. If not 3 I'd put 90% of my chips on it being 2 just because of 1 being a meme answer. He would fit as 1. As evil, if not more, than Hitler + Stalin, just less powerful
