this is not a 2 imo

this actually feels a lot like the clue diab gave for the last king of scotland guy that we went lower on and were wrong

we all know sudan is not a place anyone wants to go, but i don't think it's 50% to be a 3, so i'll stick with higher. don't feel super strongly tho

6 is exactly in the middle for a non bucket list country. so that should be like maybe mongolia, moldova type countries, right?

5 should be like kazakhstan, haiti

then going up from the other end you have afghanistan clear number 1 imo. im not even sure what number 2 is. might be syria right now, but traditionally syria would be much higher than 2. iraq is kind similar. def don't wanna go right now. maybe iran? i think i'd go to iran before i went to sudan.

oh yeah, i see insanity said somalia. i'd think somalia is the same is sudan, maybe somalia is worse. i'm not really sure.

other war torn parts of africa have more to offer i think?

like the congo has big ass rain forest. i think ethiopa has like safari trips, and maybe some nice coast line? lol i'm not really sure.

but i think he picked sudan as the worst country in africa except maybe somalia. and there are a lot of bad countries in africa that could be 5s

if sudan is really second to somalia in africa, then i'm fine with lower

what does chad have going for it? i'd guess it's worse than sudan, but my africa knowledge is not that extensive. it has a dumb name too

agree with congo probably being higher due to rain forests

yeah just to be clear, i don't have a strong opinion. i think this is pretty much a flip. i'd guess lower.

i'd guess sudan is lower than chad. but that's just based on vague memories of hearing war stories about sudan.

I think this is lower. I honestly think this is 2-3.

Alongside Somalia its the most war torn in Africa.

It has some equity in that it was the seat of great African empires, but, I think thats trumped by the war elements.

Realistically, i think every country has something to offer, but, this is amongst the nut low for safety

I'm not much of a global traveller but I know sudan is never in any itinerary/bucket list/etc myself or any of my friends would think to visit for any reason. My initial reaction is NOPE but I couldn't begin to explain correctly why.. most likely for the war torn examples that have been listed

places like haiti mentioned above to have some bucket list equity at least for several reasons

I'll go lower for the 2-3

remember the category is bucket list country. not safe countries to visit or good/bad countries, etc

apparently they have pyramids and ****, which would fall under somewhat interesting things to see/experience imo. why not say south sudan if you're going for the war-torn automatic 2-3 angle?

Bhutan is a beautiful country based on all the times ive got it on geoguessr.

The only thing ive really ever heard about sudan is the war, kidnapping, murder and poverty. When i initially saw the clue i thought 1 but i do think there are more obvious 1s.

It was 5. I think everyone on both teams had a good handle on what was going on.

In reality, Sudan might be more of a 4. But I couldn't risk saying some super under-the-radar place and having people on my team think "I'd love to see that!". Was a little afraid of that happening here when Bloo's first guess was 7 or 8.

Would Bulgaria have been an angleshoot, since we said 16 for the language?
