Uh oh lol, maybe this is a bad category. Simplistically, what are those songs that have 1 or 2 lines that you just love? That you instinctively sing along to, or get stuck in your head on repeat. They don't have to "make" the song, but they might.

Death Cab for Cutie - Tiny Vessels
"so when you ask, 'is something wrong?'
I think you're damn right there is, but we can't talk about it now"
Something about the delivery and candidness of this line makes me love it.
MGMT - Time To Pretend
"I'll move to Paris shoot some heroin and **** with the stars"
I change the song after this line, don't really care for MGMT in general, but I love this line for some reason. Can't say I have a good explanation for why, unfortunately lol.
Bon Iver - 33 GOD
"Staying at the Ace hotel!"
I like the rest of this song, but this is the climax and really what makes it, imo. This line is only impactful because of the arrangement around it, as opposed to the others which are more lyrically driven.
Phoenix - Rome
"always and forever more, I called to say I'm on the way"
Another song I enjoy in it's entirety, but this line is just beautifully delivered.
Does that help at all? I'm guessing not really lol.

Should probably be one or two lines. Death Cab example above is a good example of a longer one.
