Like 2 mins; I was a well oil machine! I actually have never needed anything done to my teeth, not even a filling. They may be slightly ground down on the molars from this crap tho. Stopped doing it a few years ago. FYI, we don't have screw caps here for beer, they don't just pop off with any force.

It was like a party bar so the MC just asked the girls in the crowd to choose, so me and 2 others random guys reluctantly went up on the tiny stage amid a bunch of screams. Whoever got the most screams won. I won a t-shirt, a €20 drinks voucher and a jug of sex on the beach.

what was the freak tenting accident in #3

I was born and raised in Rapid City, SD. Chamberlain was a pit stop on a road trip. SoDak has great pheasant hunting. I presume that's what The Nuge was doing there. They were in season at the time.

Castle Rock is pretty much a Denver suburb. I lived there for four years. The rumor around the bar was that Kato has some type of connection to the area and had played in a "celebrity" golf tournament that day.
