we aren't allowed guys with super powers, but hannibal might as well have them. even when he is an old man he will kill a young athlete, and all he needs is a paperclip, even if hannibal is completely strapped down
walker texas ranger is just prey to hannibal. not only will hannibal kill him, he will eat him, and possibly serve him up to some friends too

Hannibal is an interesting choice. You can't go up against Walker with martial arts or firepower, so he went with an intellectual powerhouse instead. Hannibal's powers would work well against Jack Bauer, a hot head who could allow Lecter to get in his head. But Walker is cool, calm and collected and wouldn't take Hannibal's **** nor would he give him 24 hours, or even 24 seconds, to work his magic. Walker would roundhouse Hannibal before he could put his chianti glass back on the table.
Hannibal gets some kills in his show, as a serial killer is wont to do, but they aren't super strong people or foes he is killing. He just has no chance against Walker, Texas Ranger, a former marine and martial arts expert of the highest level. Hannibal is too narcissistic to recognize Walker's skills before it's too late. Walker is an expert tracker and will find Hannibal and dispose of him. Hannibal is a serial killer, so while being much smarter than any other killer, Walker is well experienced in killing criminals like Lecter. I know we all remember that one scene in the movies, which was brilliant and he's one of the 3 best movie villains of all time, but that was two clueless security guards who thought he was locked up tightly, not Chuck ****ing Norris who knows he's on the loose and trying to kill him. Also, that was movie Hannibal, not TV Hannibal.
If Lecter had more time and space to plan something out, he may be able to use his intelligence and the advantage of surprise to have a chance, but on this cruise ship, with Walker knowing it's him or a criminal, he doesn't really have any realistic shot here. Justice, old west style, mixed with elite martial arts.
