Nah, there's a weird bug that happens when IE6 is involved, and possibly with multiple TC instances in different browsers that creates multiple challenge instances.
Luckily pretty soon I'll be back in the good ol' USA where we're not allowed to play poker, so hopefully I'll get in some debugging time.
Zac, what happens to timed ratings if a player stops playing part way through the last rack while they are ahead of other players' scores (e.g. when the final rack is all 1s). I assume they lose rating points or at least can't gain them?
Playing timed makes me feel really good because I am less bad now than when I played most of my timed games so my score still goes up if I play against an amazing lineup.

It can be abused if you think that your DC rating >>> your integrity (I did it once when I misplaced a 2 by accident and went on monkey tilt).
If this is correct, I sadly think a fix might be needed soon. I have noticed two players recently who routinely stop playing on the final rack of timed games if they bring too many 1s or 2s for their board.
I'm not sure what the fairest solution would be to ensure that people don't get penalised for the occasional buggy game but it isn't fair on the people who play to the end regardless of how badly they played or how unlucky they got.
I don't want to penalize for die jumps and as long as people don't abuse the system it's no big deal.
A warning to anyone tempted to bail out on a frustrating challenge though: Now that die jumps and other game destroying bugs are rare I'm very likely to rerun the rankings at some point, counting recent incomplete games as zeros.
These bugs almost never happen nowadays, imo it would be good to do this rerun of the rankings, maybe starting from when you changed the layout? Or just starting from now?
I had a good challenge today. It could be a winner, but I think it will be a decent 2nd place. Lets see if I can get to TH10, who is running well. Paul has the doomswitch on the last weeks
