advanced games don't count. :P I meant the highest scoring regular game, which iirc has a non-scoring 4. I guess you need to know the rolls to know if it could be rearranged in a scoring manner.

The two things I think that the game really needs in an ideal world, and I have no ideal how tractable they are, are:
1) a method of saving the roll orders, and/or, 'sending' a game to some one else, so they get the same rolls. Or maybe an ability to play someone else's past game. Perhaps it shouldn't then count in the accumulated stats, so that they don't get swamped by extreme rolls being replayed all the time, &
2) some algorithm that calculates what the optimal score for a game is (i.e. it plays out all the ways of playing it out, and then tells you the max) so you can see how your play compared to what's possible.

Basically, an individual game score depends so much on the roll, that you end up either big-roll fishing to try to get a mega score, or focussing on timed games/daily challenge so that your mediocre score is more interesting because it compares like with like. The easier it is to do the latter, the better, i think, since it's where the real skill of the game comes to the fore.

I'd like to be able to see other players' past games play-by-play so I could learn from them.

Switching to advanced in the middle of the game is awesome, why did I not start doing that earlier?

Never tried it before either. First time I tried it, all worked fine, I used up all bar one of my abilities. Tried it a second time and now that one ability I didn't use is the only one I can use.

I had the same problem. Clicking new game in advanced to reset abilities and then just going to normal solves that.

Now I tried it again and I have no abilities available.

The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Worked it out. Have to click New game while still in advanced mode before you switch back to Normal mode. Switching mid game seems a bit like cheating though, don't think I'll use it even if it did put me on top of the advanced mode 24 hours.

Me too. I couldn't find a decent way of spending the 8th point. Had my level 7 abilities down but it seems that all the extra point can get me is slightly more consistent decent scores, can't find a way to help going for a really big one. Level 9 looks more useful.

I've reached level 10, I tend to think it's more of a beat than a brag

Now on my list:
1) Get all of my top 10 advanced scores over 50,000 (2 left)
2) Get 50,000 in Normal mode
3) Get 60,000 in Advanced
4) Win a daily challenge (don't think I've ever been close)

Then I'll consider quitting.

If I had only gotten a few twos in the second half I reckon this would be my best score. But I proceeded to get zero.
