Zac, how do the adverts for the site work? Do you make money according to views or clicks or what? I normally have all ads blocked but I would be fine with unblocking them on your site/clicking a few things in order to keep triplechain running.

Thanks guys, but don't worry about it too much if you have adblokk (apparently that's a filtered word) running (I usually do too). I get some small amount per click, hopefully enough to cover server costs if traffic to the site increases.

well I'm leaving to work now, hopefully people are going to be around to play later today, and I can get some run good to close the 18 point gap. Would be nice if you played a bit too and tanked a couple points.

I really feel like I have pretty much solved triplechain at least for timed mode. There might be a few mistakes I'm making but when I'm paying attention I think I play pretty close to optimal.

This week may have shaked off the bug a little bit for me, but I'm sure if I get back into it in a few weeks I'll be right back in the top10.

It's been painful watching people pass me and not be able to defend myself

Would be really fun to get arooooba into the top10. You're only 2 points out yourself.

Well it was close.

I managed to be 2 points away at one point about an hour ago, but bingo managed to pull away near the end.

Then at the very end I was making horrible decisions hoping for crazy rolls that could let me get first and him last, so the gap widened a bit more.

TC degen was just getting his ass handed to him by a crack lineup of Zac, Alex and me(...), but i guess he was maybe cruising in the wake of a certain victory

So how does timed work? Based on my playing it seemed to just be trying to score the most points in the lowest amount of time. It sounds like there is more to it than that

The time used to not matter at all and it still doesn't matter ~90% of the time as long as you finish. You all get the exact same tiles each round so unlike the normal and advanced scores, they are comparable with each other. You could say it's like a daily challenge that goes every 4 minutes. Imo, it's the best form of TC. Well, the timed tournaments are the true nuts but that's still timed.

Hey guys. FU for making me addicted.

Also out of curiosity, for the really high scores you need a lot of luck? Because looking at the post form high scores here it seems that you have to get some nice numbers. It seems that 20-40k is "easily" possible with clever play but for everything above you need some luck, is this correct?
