I don't know if D1iab thought that Mad Men was in the #2 spot, but that's where it landed.
Almost everything else was in the top 40 of the respective list.
The one exception was Discworld. For some reason, the books were ranked separately. This confused people when the list came out too.
Since there are two books in the top 100, I'll rule the guess as a correct answer and take both off the list.
