2nd tie-breaker: highest finishing position

For the last longers we only compare the finish of players within this pool.
So if your player finishes 2nd to Benny Glaser but Benny Glaser failed to make a Team Benny, then your player gets the last longer.

1. Not quite, you get all the players on the TEAM with that name.
For example, you could pick Team Daniel but you only get Daniel Negreanu's "last longer" points if he's on the team.
Right now he is not. He must do something (get some cashes) in order to make the team.

2. No, you could pick anybody with any name. It just makes sense to pick someone on the team you picked. If the team did well then probably that player did well.
You must get both right to get the $300 so that makes even more sense.

3. The best player that is a woman. So, look down the leaderboard for #2 until you find a woman. She's the woman's MVP.
