I received a PM about PM entries. It made me realize I was not clear enough about them being allowed, as it is discussed in post 6, but not in the OP.

But yes, you can always submit a list of answers if you are not going to be around.

The order of choice is:

1) 1st person to select the NOC in thread.
2) 1st person to PM me the answer.

So if 2 people have the same #1 NOC at EOD, the earlier received PM will get the 1st choice, and the 2nd person will get the next available country on their list.

Reminder that even if people don't get in before noon server time, they can still submit an extra entry the next day, and this will continue until Friday at noon. After that, there will be no new entries, and existing players will get strikes for each day they miss as if they had given an incorrect answer.

I've been using an excel sheet to track this. Column A is countries that have been named. Column B is a list of countries that I plan to name. I delete countries from column B when someone else names them. (I was planning to go with Belgium for today's guess).
