I’ve always used kielbasa interchangeably with polish sausage. It never occurred to me it legit means sausage in Polish haha. My grandmother would be so disappointed in me!

There's another p4 that would really love another p4 with it to get some clarification

a p9 that...may not do anything and possibly confuse them so maybe I shouldn't even be saying this

Ive never heard of kirlbasa but nduja is everywhere

Its a spicy spreadable sausage
