I am 100% vanilla today. I have 1 shot and no extra defense.

irtm does not have the shot reduction but he has the redirection. It says specifically that the shot is directed away from your target. Can you self target in this game? I thought not. Can someone clarify this please.

eb has up to 3 shots today. Can he target more than 1 player though? Can someone clarify please.

I don't think that it's gtd that I don't hit my target.
My reading is that some of the time it will be redirected.

So maybe it's more accurate to say that my targets are a weighted rand from all players?

For everyone to be telling the truth about their role eb must have shot gabe 4 times which seems a little bit sub-optimal if you ask me.

Bomber	Shot counts for 2 and also targets adjacent players in player list for 1
Gunslinger	Extra shot each day until F3. Can target up to 2 players
Highroller	You win ties, any randomness will not negatively affect you
Lunatic	All shots against you count for double, but you automatically win at F3
Marksman	May withhold on any day, building up shots for subsequent days
Pacifist	You have no shots, but shots against you count for half (rounded up)
Rookie	Shot is randomly directed away from your target every day. Total shots against you are reduced by 1 until F3
Scaredy Cat	You hide behind your target and only die if they do
Shielded	For every shot you receive, 25% chance of being reflected back to the shooter
Suicidal	You may take up to n shots per day (n = live players) but have n x 10% chance of taking just as many extra shots yourself
Survivor	Once per game (not during F3) you can withhold your shot and deflect all shots taken at you towards random enemy targets

if you are the rookie then shooting at Gabe means that you're shooting at potentially everyone except Gabe
