Will the bracket have any byes?

I don't know, I'm thinking about it. I'd almost rather just call this a standalone sheep and be done, but I know that messes with some peoples' entry strategy.

I see it three ways if we don't get to 32 in the next four minutes:

1. Everyone is in and the top [32 - # of entries] gets a first round bye

2. This is an elimination round that determines the Sweet Sixteen

3. This is a standalone sheep and the tourney can try to run again next year

Given the time this takes to organize and the clear lack of interest this year, I'm leaning toward #3.
