I first saw degree, disease and doctor....but then saw organ...

I have to figure heart 3 gets disease, doctor and organ

medical leads well into degree, so degree bumps organ

I can't really see anything else directly related to princess apart from ball, and if that's ours, then why not go something more generic, like Cinderella?

So I'm starting to think she might be a character in a Shakespeare play or something. I can see several words that could fit that, and I can't really see any other direction to take right now. At least I'll find out if I'm on the right track.
