Well, the map for Scotland Yard is basically what it is - I don't think anyone on the planet has created other maps for Scotland Yard and made them available on the www.

If you want to do what nobody has done before, you might want to have a look at the map of Mister X, which is a variant of Scotland Yard

I haven't been able to find a rulebook on the net, but an unreadable map I found and you can get it here

If this game is fun and we can get the board in readable format as we have for Scotland Yard, we might try it out

I found the rules for that game somewhere. I forget the details, but there are a bunch of cards that need to be used and the whole thing is far more complicated.

I meant the end-of-turn status maps... unless there's a utility to create them automatically that I may have missed? I assumed you were just plopping the counters onto the map in Paint or Photoshop or whatever.

I can digitize that map for "Mister X" tomorrow or the next day or sometime.

Well, maybe don't waste your time if soah thinks this Mister X game sucks or is not suitable for forum play. There aren't many players actively playing Scotland yard anyway.

Is it 5 blacks/3 doubles like the last HU game I did? Or are those reduced since you only have 4 detectives? Gabe; do you mind if I PM moves to you? I don't think soah would think I'll cheat, but it's always good make sure.
