Hi guys! Third game, plenty of new and old faces. I think Im getting pretty good at reading people so that'll be solid as I've played with some people 2x now. Since I have a pretty tough time not commenting on games in progress (and almost getting modkilled) I'm going to do my best to refrain from commenting on a lot of people in this game that are in the other rookie game until it wraps up.

Other than that my main computer is in for repair and wont be back until tomorrow or sat -- if no one has started compiling an excel vote sheet by then Ill get that going over the weekend.

Only played 1 game with him and he was a villager who didn't post much.

I'm seeing wolves everywhere tbh, but in every rookie game I've played, at least half of the wolves were afraid to post and remained UTR all game. We've probably only got 2, max 3, wolves posting right now.

No....it's unnecessary on d1, and helps the wolves scratch off villagers w/ wrong peeks off their seer lists. If you really want to give good cover to seers, play the game and make reads on other players. The seers do not, and should not, be extremely obvious with their peeks, they just need to be careful with how they address other players. The seers need to make it so that the village will be able to re-read them after they are dead, after the village KNOWS they are seer, and THEN be able to find and recognize their peeks. The seers should also be extremely wary of clearing someone hard that was not peeked village by them, they can still do it (and should when they have strong reads), but they need to make sure it won't be seen as a peek.

Idk how you played seer and are making this argument, but my guess is you didn't make it too far into the game, amirite?

Brian is in the late stage of an ongoing game (which means no one can talk about it ldo). He can't predict how I will react to him going after me. If he starts his wolf/sk game by going after me on d1 while also playing late game in another thread, then good for him, but this is not what I'd expect.

No one should be leaving explicit fakes during the first two days, and probably not ever unless they have GOOD reasons to do so. This is a rookie game, and generally the wolves are going to suck at seer hunting. Do not make things easy on them. How will seers get cover then? Simple, the whole village makes reads on players, the seers can do the same while being careful with how their posts will be interpreted.

THE SEERS SHOULD NOT LEAVE TRANSPARENT PEEKS. Seriously, if every day everyone leaves transparent "peeks", after 3-4 days the seer candidates will be significantly narrowed down. It's not the end of the world if you're a seer and your village peek isn't found, especially if this can help you in tricking/leveling the wolves and making it deep into the game. Nothing scares the wolves more than a late game with live seers.

There is more than one way of giving seer cover. Every villager should be thinking about seer cover btw.

I've been saying this in my other rookie games, and it's been pretty spot on so far, PEOPLE NEED TO BE ACTIVE AND POST. Rookie wolves are going to have trouble playing active roles without slipping up and making mistakes. Rookie villagers shouldn't be scared to post often because they'll be easy to read.

Everyone, please don't play UTR..........One other thing, in my other rookie games a lot of the UTR players have been wolves.
