mburke is seeming pretty wolfy to me. i kinda think that he's doing the whole goofy thing just because he did it last game as a villa so hes making sure to do it again to appear villa

Wolves very rarely get lynched day 1, and i said that the odds of WU being wolf were rand when i started pushing him, that's not why i wanted him lynched. Again, yesterday our alternative wagons SUCKED, so yes i was more than happy to have JF who was looking moderately wolfy lynched. Maybe instead of insulting my reads for no reason you can help make sure that today we don't have 2 terrible wagons by EOD and me scrambling for a decent one.

Gl making that happen w/ one sentence posts though.

mdom, go look at what goofy has contributed, both to the first game we played and to this one, and you can answer that for yourself.

But gtp was also pushing him hard. and the blame wouldn't go squarely on gtp. This means gtp was ready for corsa to be lynched and would walk away w/ out much blame.

Therefore corsa is very likely villa.

Could of thought it through and phrased things better, but i dont feel like it.
I don't understand this. I'm actually thinking corskah is wolf, going to go reread him though, he has come across pretty wolfy to me (the way he always asks questions) and the caedus nk sort of reassures this.

so you will start a wagon on somebody with whom you have little info against? good plan. I'm going to reread some stuff and then post what I think.

The mburke wagon looks really stupid whats the reasoning behind it?

and thank you, corsakh is either a seer who is intentionally doing stupid ****, or a good wolf. but either way he is not helping us get anything going today. the main arguments stu/cors/bb have contrived against me is that i mentioned seers and therefore tha qualifies me as somebody who needs to be killed.

the wagon on me is, gtpitch mentioned me in one of his posts and got wolfed last night. goofy has a grudge, and thinks that my vote on day 1 is indicative of me being a wolf. suffice to say, goofy has not done a single bit of research and sees it as convenient to just post one liners the entire game and get away with exactly what he was doing last game and contributing less than nothing.

cardassian's case against me is that i posted in the early am th efirst day, and had to go, and therefore must be a wolf. he is in NZ and i am USEast which makes his point ridiculous.

Re: ROOKIE GAME THREAD!!! (9:30 pm EOD)

somebody please read goofy's posts and tell me they aren't tantamount to a 1st grader throwing a temper tantrum and i'll shut up on that subject.

until then look at stu dismissing me lightly, look at cors wagoning, and more importantly look at the inactives that have voted v-v two days in a row, ie. malgin/ilya.

Re: ROOKIE GAME THREAD!!! (9:30 pm EOD)

We had already been through this in SSNL game, where mburke played. Someone posted a seer list and it was explained why its such a horrible idea.

Why would anyone on earth, already knowing how bad it is, post a seer list. And then point to someone and do the same thing again ten minutes later. How would I be supposed to feel now if I really was a seer in this game? This is weird.

What?? your saying the wolves weren't looking for seer when they nked caedus? It would make perfect sense for you to make that statement if you were a wolf seeing how caedus made pushes against you. You are also pushing Brian who is very villagery as he has pushed for gtp and his analysiss seem to clear to many people for him to be a wolf.

Although I fully agree that he should try to avoid hitting seers for as long as possible, cos early seer deaths will seriously disrupt the balance of the game and will make it virtually impossible for him to make the final three (simply because if the seers die too early, the pups will have the game locked and there will be no "final three").

If for some reason you still feel strong against noobs, and since d1 is mostly a crap shoot anyway, and you don't want to be making a mistake of lynching a more experienced villager too early, I suggest looking into the AFK list.

chaser1942
IlyaMuromec
Slink
Malgin
Hardball47

This IlyaMuromec character for example already played in one of my previous games, but never showed up and got subbed.

tbh i'm leaning more wolf than seer now b/c of how passive you're playing with flak. but even more than that, i'm bringing this back up b/c it's becoming the 2nd big reason for people wagoning me and i think that is absolutely ******ed given i simply attempted to give my advice given the mass confusion that we have thus far. also, given that we have like 5-6 people who post maybe twice a day with no more than "ya thats a good idea, vote xxxx" i think its fair as a defense mechanism

Anyway mburke, points is - if you could stop calling seers in this thread and also pause your possum war with goofy for a second, that would be great. Thanks.

I am off again, should be back in 12 hours.

Re: ROOKIE GAME THREAD!!! (9:30 pm EOD)

No posts in 2.5 hours?

I just reread every d1 post and noted the following (alphabetical order) (not necessarily implicating everyone listed as wolves, just pointing out facts/connections that might help):

A.Ertbjerg - His only day 1 contributions were saying that jack frost is wolfy (which we now know is not the case), and at the end of the day he jumped on the Wraths Unanimous bandwagon with some shoddy logic like "all he's doing is calling someone a wolf with no reasoning" or something like that.

Ainex - posted a lot and yet said absolutely nothing, tons of fluff, voted corsakh totally randomly, made a small defense of Jumanji

Brian - early on he advised seers to read the seer strategy guide, which is something tarheeljks did (as a wolf) in the SSNL game as well because he wanted to get the seers to play more straightforwardly so we would have an easier time catching them. gtpitch said he had his eye on Brian.

corsakh - defended mdom pretty hard from two directions, the first being something like "we shouldn't vote mdom because he proved pretty valuable in a previous game", and then he jumped on the WU bandwagon while belittling the posts WU had made about mdom being wolfy. I guess if mdom turns up wolf at any point, that should cast a lot of suspicion on corsakh.

djstu - I shied away from this a little more the later in the day I read, but at first it struck me that he seemed a liiittle too worried about being on stark's "wolf list" even though it's obviously stark being his ******o self and picking names out of a hat. To djstu's credit though, he had the same reaction to beer's wolf list (which didn't have him on it).

One interesting point about the wolf list thing - when djstu first attacked stark for his list, Keshaldra quoted djstu's post and was like "qft! stark seems super wolfy!" which to me, indicates that stark identified more wolves on his list than just gtpitch, and Keshaldra might have freaked out and started trying to deflect attention from/cast doubt on it.

Jumanji - the way he jumped onto the jobeen wagon d1 seemed really suspicious to me. At the very least it tells us that they aren't both wolves. His d1 vote for nightwood seemed really, really bad as well (it was something like "he came out and voted for me, and I know I'm villa, so he must be a wolf trying to start a wagon!" even though Jumanji was UTR most of d1 so it's perfectly plausible that he could be a wolf). Jack frost was all over Jumanji d1 and we know he's villa, I guess I'll have to look at d2 and see how much wolf influence there was in getting JF lynched. Also, dnkyhunter said Jumanji wasn't a bad wagon choice and then got NKed. (dnkyhunter also voted gtpitch though which could have gotten him killed)

Karak567 - dnkyhunter voted him d1 and later got NKed, as far as I could tell stayed mostly UTR w/ lots of fluff in his posts - defended jobeen

Malgin - super suspicious, came in at EOD to vote Jumanji while saying something along the lines of "he's suspicious because he's UTR" even though that's what Malgin had been doing.

mburke - hardly posted most of the day, defended jobeen, then voted for me EOD when it was completely meaningless (it was literally 1 minute before night and I had 0 votes at the time)

mdom - Wraths/Brian (the former of whom we now know to be villa) both seemed to think he isn't on his normal villa game. He "fake peeked" gtpitch as a villa on d1, which is mostly meaningless but seems super random if mdom is villa as I don't think they had mentioned each other at any point up to that. Keshaldra quoted that later and was like "ninja peek!" or something...I guess it's possible that they're all wolves putting on some kind of dramatic show.

Mrsbutton - Randomly voted corsakh at EOD despite having suggested a Jumanji wagon like 15 mins before and I think twice asked gtpitch what he thought of a corsakh wagon which struck me as slightly weird

nightwood - gtpitch called him wolfy, he called gtpitch wolfy, combine the two and he seems villager-y, aside from that connection I'm not getting any solid reads from him

O0Brian0O - made a big post calling out gtpitch, so either super villa or slim chance of trying to look villa if gtpitch ever got exposed

stark - the fact that Keshaldra took exception to his fake wolf list and said he wasn't getting a normal feel from stark and tried to start a wagon on him makes me feel like stark is prob a ******ovilla again

WER - gtpitch said he seemed villa

Rereading this **** is exhausting, I'll prob do d2 tomorrow.

There's a difference between skimming and reading. Jack Frost clearly said he was just f'ing with me because we are friends outside of this game. Ye, my joining and starting wagons on Nightwood is so bad considering we've gone 0/2 so far on other peoples choices. A+

mburke just a played a turbo (here , btw it's also a funny read about how clueless "experienced players" can be, wolves won with a sweep) in which he got lynched d1 as the seer. even when the wagon was already rollin fast, mburke still didn't claim seer.

so stupid mistakes != wolfy per se
