Still on force. And not for any obtuse reason either. I think it's the simplest connection.

It's the pitch that requires the most force (generally). It's got "fast" right in the name.

While I do mostly agree with what you're saying, a big part of me is still wondering if he would risk cluing a baseball pitch with hit on the board if that isn't ours. It's pretty ballsy of him to expect us to avoid it.

I really have nfi what we should guess tbh.

The more I think about it, the more I'm leaning towards hit. I also think not capitalising it is almost another reason to avoid it, but my gut is still telling me to guess it.

I specifically named a pitch as I was afraid a plain baseball clue would lead you to hit/force, two very common baseball plays.

Ironically I spent two days trying to come up with a music-related clue, not having heard of the band Fastball.

Good clues Neil, we def had some different directions we could have gone but you had us going for the top 2 or 3 each time and it did it

I felt strongly on last turn but D1 and EB did a great job not letting me go astray on first 2
