What's upsetting is somebody gave them more than 0/10.

It's just some good-natured ribbing, comes with the territory itt. I've liked most of your other songs

Haha, I know, I know. I only expected the ribbing on that :P

As for the Smashing Pumpkins song, I thought I'd hate it, but I didn't. 6.5/10

Fat Man - Jethro Tull
This is one of those bands that I know are huge and I think well-respected and all that, but it's a pretty unknown band in Denmark :P

So I can assess this song without any nostalgia or feeling of "this is a classic" attached to my assessment.

Hmm... I like it. The melody is cool enough, but it kind of just stays the same for the entire song. Ultimately, nothing "great" about it for me.

7/10

So I can't resist the temptation of probably attracting more ribbing after having posted Savage Garden... So here is some Nickelback

P.S. For realz though, this is the one Nickelback song that I like and it's pretty different from most of their well-known songs that I've heard.

My father likes Jethro Tull. He's an otherwise good man.

i think 'how you remind me' is tolerable at best but can't get behind any other nickelback songs

So what are we gonna do about the elephant in the room? Chad Kroeger isn't gonna go away just because we pretend he's not here.

There must be some kind of viable mod action for emergency situations, right? I reported the post now we can just wait and see what happens.

Tchaz, do you like the Scissor Sisters version of Comfortably Numb?

Well,I don't like the piano & I'm not that keen on the vocals - I never really liked that Scissor Sisters/Anthony & the Johnsons faux disco - but overall yes I'ld give it 7/10. (The original is horrible, obv.) I'm rooting through youtube, but I suspect that I heard/listened to the Tiga remix more than the original (& that make sense time-wise)*. Actually, I'm enjoying this Paper Faces remix more than either atm ... but I don't recall hearing it before. *Ahh, now I'm not sure .. maybe it was this Fatboy Slim remix.

The Scissor Sisters version was the first version of the song I heard, I don't really care for it. Between the original cover, Paper Faces and Fatboy Slim, I'd go with Slim.

4/10 - Not terrible or anything, an ok beat, but mostly boring

I remember that And the Hazy Sea was the only song that really stuck with me way back when I listened to this album. They know how to pack a punch and I really like their sound, but for some reason it's not something I find myself returning to and I think it's because their songwriting don't quite deliver on the same level. This is probably one of their better songs behind AtHS imo.

I think we skipped tchaz so I'll just repost his song:

Yes, the more I think about it the more I think it probably was the Fatboy Slim version that used to get played in places I used to go to 10 years ago.

I was more keen on Scissor Sisters - I Don't Feel Like Dancing (Teenage Bad Girl mix)
