A. What is the mod supposed to do if they can't find subs? I don't mod games here any more so I'm happy to be wrong here, but I don't see a better option. I don't see the modkill as a punishment, btw (and therefore not something that should be reliant on the repeat/not repeated nature of the offense.
B. No. I think recognizing that AFKing a game has impacts and affects other people, and trying to be aware of that - and therefore either trying to remember to post, or, if you're too busy (like going to a bachelor party), maybe not sign up. Again, I don't feel like I'm asking for a lot.

Honestly if I'd gotten a PM reminder that's all it would have taken for all the rest of that work not to have been a thing. I'm not blaming anyone, but it's a simple thing. Bird knows I was around he knows I joined WC and he knows I was excited to play. It was not intentional in any way.
In last 13er I played my heart out. If I didn't care about game integrity or about the people playing and modding who spend a lot of time I would have just given up. I thought about it. I knew it was an uphill battle. But I didn't because I have too much respect for you all. But if that's not enough then I won't play. Simple as that. I don't really want to be involved where I'm not wanted anyway.
And with regard to not wanting me lynched D1 in that game I was a wolf and so was luck. You might have done the same.
I do not want you to bow out. I want you to try. I think it's not fair of you or IRTM to put any responsibility on birdman here - by signing up for the game, you commit to spending time on it. You also got a PM. Is it possible if you had been messaged, you might have seen it? Sure. Is it your responsibility,
not the mod's, to remember when a game starts, and post? Yes, 100%.
Also yes- you did try in the 13r! At F3. You also posted zero times in two separate days (one of these wasn't your fault because majority happened) and had like 40 posts in 5 days going into F3. Again - maybe that's "fine" by most people, and if so, I'm happy to take my hat and go home. But it's frustrating that you complain to the mod both in-game and postgame that you were "excited to post before night got called early" - like, c'mon - we both know that wasn't going to be the case.

Aite dude, whatever you want to tell yourself. You know the point I'm trying to make. It's painfully obvious to anyone paying attention.
