The donkey UTG probably has a jack, possibly KK and probably rarely anything else. The player on the button should have you beat, but the certainty level there depends entirely on how solid your read is that he doesn't get out of line (which also presumes that he understands basic tenets of hand reading and hand strengths).

I understand the temptation to call because of pot odds and the presumably (mostly) dead money contributed by UTG, but it's bad news when button ships on you when you've shown nothing but strength on every street. You have around 5% equity if you're beat by a set or overpair, and none if he made a straight, so even with the odds you're getting you still need to actually be ahead sometimes in order for a call to even be breakeven, and you need to be ahead even more often to actually make money on the call.
