ACR Update: In the Internet Poker Person-to-Person thread, I swapped for $100 on ACR, so now I'm playing more than just Freerolls. I like the $2 Jackpot hyper-turbo (spin-and-go), Survival Mode (hyper-turbo with wacky blinds), and LO8.

Net: +$16.13

ACR Update: My sleep schedule is messed up with my healing separated shoulder, so I find myself playing late-night sessions. Won a $0.50 PLO8 MTT for like $11 and a $2 Jackpot (Spin-and-Go) for $16.

Before the biggish Jackpot hit, it seemed like every flip I won was where I'd win $4, and I'd lose them all when playing for $8, $12, and $16.

Net: +$23.86 (which will likely decrease, because I'm going to play some Jackpots now)

Is it weird that when I win a Jackpot (Spin-and-Go) that I blow a kiss to whoever I just knocked out?

PS. What happened to all the $2 Jackpots? Did all those players go broke or move up to the $5s?

The 5s definitely run now than the 2s, there are times when it can be tough getting the 2s running

There's such a small player pool that the introduction of a good reg could probably kill the game, if after 2-3 of them I keep seeing the same 2-3 guys who are halfway decent I'll take a breather.

Having a lot of trouble breaking out past $100 and now down to like $30 womp womp

But still got another $50 or so in tickets.

Was the player transfer here a hassle I'm considering that.

Been playing Bovada but the software is terrible

The rake on stars is annoying. My friends and I have been using donkhouse.com. The interface is a bit clunky and takes a few minutes to get use but its great for home games and has some great options for straddling and playing double flop games.

Can someone answer a rake question for me too. These online apps like pokerbros are annoying as **** because they try and disguise the rake from you.

If you run multi ways do they take more total rake from the total pot?
I could see them doing this because idiots would still multi run even with this.

They rake 4.5% up to some amount for play money cash games which was annoying as **** and also creates weird math where you want to re-buy or buy-in late since chips get more valuable over time which privileges the guys in California who can't join until they put their kids to bed on the west coast. The tournament format is fine but my friends and I prefer to play a cash game because we are in different time zones so not everyone can start at the same time plus its no fun to have someone bust and sit on the zoom call being pathetic for the rest of the night.

I've been tinkering with some other formats. Playing some Blitz Holdem. I like the speed of it, but 3+ tables is impossible.

I find myself raise-folding a ton. I won't have to wait too long before I get another good hand. Just cut bait, and wait it out.

Doing a decent job.
