So I showdown KQ on what I thought was a A766K board. My opponent flips over KT. The dealer pushes the pot my way and mucks the board, and I say "wait a minute wasn't that a split pot?" both my opponent and the dealer confidently say no, my kicker played, my opponent says that the board didn't pair. I sit confused as I don't normally get these things so wrong.

Same thing happened to me in a tournament about a month ago, two guys aipf A2 vs AT and the board ran out 544KQ. By the time I worked out that it was a split pot the A2 guy was already halfway out of the room and the pot was pushed to the AT guy. But then I wondered whether I was just going mad or it was just bad dealing.

On an unrelated note yesterday someone overbet the river on an A9764 board and then told me I could see one card, I picked a card and it was a 2, so I snap called with my AT.
