$T sell for about 99.5% of their value, you can sell $215 tickets for $214. I'll buy from you at this price if you pm me your sn and amount. I am bd3109 on stars.

Here is the $T/$W marketplace at 2+2:

A high end SNG player can probably have a 50% ROI.. But I think anything greater than 40% is good.

so yesterday i played 500 hands, and got AA 7 times and KK 3 times. The first 9 times i won the blinds, and the tenth my AA saw a flop of KTx and got stacked by KTs. Fun times

Do you really mean ROI here or do you mean ITM%?

He means ITM I think. I would say if you are really good cashing 60% is not unreasonable, but I haven't played them in a while and have a pretty small sample size. The games may be getting tougher, but I saw a lot of dubious play when I was playing them.

Hehe.. Yeah, ITM...

I just based it off of results from players in STTF... No one without extreme table selection had an ITM over 50%.. As I understand for best results play these Sunday morning...

I appreciate it, but i already sold the winnings. Basically i just wanted to see what ITM% people were getting out of these things. I played 9 and cashed only 3, so i think it was not a smart use of the FPPs by me being results oriented.

As far as them being soft, i thought this lineup was particularly formidable in my last 5400:

POKERSTARS GAME #17210647840: TOURNAMENT #87204405, 5400FPP HOLD'EM NO LIMIT - LEVEL I (10/20) - 2008/05/04 - 23:31:50 (ET)
Table '87204405 1' 10-max Seat #1 is the button
Seat 1: rOdey37 (1500 in chips)
Seat 2: pennpal (1500 in chips)
Seat 3: ggman2 (1500 in chips)
Seat 4: Bushleague24 (1500 in chips)
Seat 5: d0r1t0s (1500 in chips)
Seat 6: the3bigO (1500 in chips)
Seat 7: melodrama3 (1500 in chips)
Seat 8: MDoranD (1500 in chips)
Seat 9: Albinoeyes (1500 in chips)
Seat 10: neverwin (1500 in chips)

not soft IMO

a friend of mine plays these fairly regularly and tells me its not hard to outperform the 40% itm that you should go in expecting, all things being equal

Just did one of those thingies and got a seat. Easy to do when you win AKo > AKo and A4s > AQs.

I think the 2700s are better.

Half price and the opposition is much worse making it better than half as likely to get there.

There is more time involved I guess, which is a downside. It's not really for me as I usually play them when I'm burnt out on cash games or have had a bad poker day otherwise and want to just play a few SNGs where the money doesn't seem real.

And in other news, the freerolls are a better play than the $200 tourneys ROI-wise.

hyachachacha that was you?

i run so bad in those 5400's but judging from the competition i see i should be doing significantly better. the lineup quoted above was sorta an allstar game, but there are plenty of donks in most of these. they play sorta like the 27's used to back when i actually played them.

Last night I was playing $1/$2 6 max limit....

A person named "shipatm" sat down at the table and bought in for $9700!!!

He then proceeded to bet every hand and every street... It was fun times at the table until he left... There were absolutely crazy hands and beats...

How did I do with all this "free money" floating around?

Ummm, -$80....

I'm guessing he was some high level player that decided to f*** with us players... LOL.
