Had T2 on a T22 board in a limped pot and got stacked by the nittiest guy in the casino. Feel like I shoulda been able to get away from it lol.

On another note; I was at Mohegan Sun a week and a half ago and sat next to Dan "Jungleman" Cates for a while playing 5-10-20.

Only hand of note, I called an open with QJdd, after Dan called. Flop went xxx. Turn gave me a flush draw and gutshot, check, Dan bet $125 or so, I raise to $400, other player folds, Dan thinks a bit and calls. River fills my gutshot Dan bets $300, I think a bit and shove for $1,200 total. He tank for over a minute and folds 2 pair face up. A couple of hands later he asked me what I had. I told him I had missed diamonds.

Couple of fun hands.

Hand One

Playing 5-10-20. I have AJhh on the button. Two limps I raise to $100. SB, who has been playing around 60-50 with a 3 Bet percent of at least 25%, 3 bets to $300. I have $1,225 and he covers. Folds to me and I call.

Flop is 9 5 3 rainbow with 1 heart. He bets $180 and I call with my 2 overs and a backdoor flush draw.

Turn is a 10 of spades and he checks. I bet $450 planning on bombing most rivers. He thinks and calls.

River is a 2 which doesn't complete the flush. I think a bit and jam for $1,195. He snap calls. I say "You win," pick up my cards and see that the Jack of Hearts has magically turned into the Ten of Hearts. My top pair top kicker ends up winning over is KT offsuit.

I usually double check my cards before the flop comes out but didn't do this time.

Hand Two

Next hand was the next day. 5-10-20 again.

I'm in the straddle with about $1,600. I put up the straddle but has I do the player to my right gets back to the table and posts the straddle instead. I tell him that I'll make it $40 blind (which doesn't have an option if it limps to me). only the button calls and the SB makes it $170. I thank him for giving me an option, (I haven't looked at my cards yet). Folds to me and I look down at A4ss. I 3-bet to $510. Raiser looks annoyed and confused but calls after a bit.

Flop is 6d, 5s, 3s so I have the nut flush draw, an OESD and one over which is good against his likely big pair if it hits. He checks and I jam for a little over pot.

He folds and I show saying I flopped as well as I could have hoped. He grumbles and says he was ahead. I just say that he may of had the best hand at the moment but I was ahead on the flop.

it's my 20 and i throw my hand away. then im like "oh wait! it's my 20..." and i pull my hand back and post 20.

utg 60. two more calls. and sb also calls. i make it 400

now the thing is, these guys all know me well, and i've been talking to them forever about fake folding AA and pulling it back just exactly like it happened.

every single one of them tank folds. it takes forever to get to the last guy. the sb. he is tanking and he says "i really should just shove here. i mean ace high has to be ahead" he eventually calls

I finally saw it. Flush comes in on the turn. Goes check bet call. River blank. King high flush checks behind. Other guy turns over ace high flush.

Finally ended this little foray into app cash game poker with this particular group.
The bonuses were great since people on the site were just god awful at NLHE, and the bonuses were all NLHE tournaments.
But I just can't put it together why I'm so bad at ROE. I had chipped away my 6k downswing to ~$3k, but then it spiked back up.
