From Paypal-There are no fees within the U.S. to send money to family and friends when you use only your PayPal balance or bank account, or a combination of your PayPal balance and bank account. There is a fee to send money as a personal payment using a debit or credit card. You can find a list of all fees on our Fee page.

No fee if sent from your account or bank, but a fee is charged using debit or credit. Whichever is best for you and lower amount by fees charged back to you.

Still not getting any response from Rdsxfan from my PMs.
Paypal will not send money without an email address or a cell phone #.
If anyone knows how to get in touch with Rdsxfan: poke him with a stick.

Money sent to Rdsxfan via PayPal.
What a horrible company PayPal is: their site crashed twice when I tried to send the money to Rdsxfan (once when I tried to link to a bank and again when I clicked "Send Money").
And then they charged me $23 to send the money!
I don't think I'll be doing this pool next year. Dealing with PayPal is just too much of a headache.
And I'll still need confirmation from Rdsxfan that he received the money.

Coming up next: my "Player Of The Year" pool. Starts August 1st and its just for fun: no PayPal required!

Sounds like you could run this much more cheaply using Crypto. The Exodus wallet is very user friendly, and safe for small amounts, say, less than $100. https://www.exodus.io/
